Privacy Policy
Diese Seite ist auch auf Deutsch verfügbar.
This policy explains how personal data is processed when you use this website. Processing is based on the GDPR and applicable Austrian data protection and telecommunications laws.
When you visit this website, technically required data (for example IP address, requested content, date/time, user agent, and referrer) may be processed in server log files to ensure security, stability, and operation (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
Contact with us
If you contact us by email or contact form, we process your submitted data to handle your request (Art. 6(1)(b) and/or (f) GDPR). We keep inquiries for up to 6 months unless longer storage is required by law or for legal defense.
Appointment booking (Cal.com)
Our booking page embeds a scheduling calendar provided by Cal.com. The calendar is loaded directly from Cal.com’s servers when you open that page, so your IP address as well as browser and device information are transmitted to Cal.com, and Cal.com may set its own cookies. Legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (steps taken prior to entering into a contract) and Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in offering a working booking option).
Provider:
- Cal.com, Inc., 2261 Market Street #4382, San Francisco, CA 94114, United States
If you book an appointment, Cal.com processes the data you enter on our behalf, in particular your name, your email address, the time you selected, and your answers to the booking questions.
If you reached the booking page through one of our advertisements, the advertising click identifier (for example the Google Click ID) and the campaign source are stored alongside the booking. This lets us see which advertising campaign led to an appointment. We use it solely to evaluate our own advertising and do not use it to profile you.
Cal.com processes data in the United States. Such transfers rely on applicable safeguards under Chapter V GDPR (standard contractual clauses and/or the EU-US Data Privacy Framework).
Further information:
Cookies
This website only sets technically required cookies by default. Optional analytics and advertising cookies are set only after your consent.
One exception: on our booking page, the embedded calendar may set Cal.com’s own cookies without asking first, because that calendar is the service you opened the page for. See Appointment booking (Cal.com) above.
More details are available on the tracking page.
Google Fonts
This website uses Google Fonts. Provider:
- Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland
Depending on technical integration, your browser may load fonts from Google servers, which may involve transmission of personal data (such as IP address). Legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in a consistent presentation), or Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR where consent is required.

Use of Google Analytics
We use Google Analytics only if you provide consent via the consent banner (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR).
Google Analytics is provided to us by Google Ireland Limited (Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland). Google processes the data on our behalf and is contractually committed to measures to ensure the security and confidentiality of processed data.
During your visit to the website, the following data, among others, is recorded:
- Pages viewed
- The achievement of “website goals”
- Your behavior on the pages
- Your approximate location (country and city)
- Your IP address (in a shortened form, so that no unique assignment is possible)
- Technical information such as browser, Internet service provider, device, and screen resolution
- Source of your visit (i.e., through which website or via which advertising medium you came to us)

Data may be transferred to countries outside the EU/EEA, including the USA. Such transfers rely on applicable safeguards under Chapter V GDPR (for example, adequacy decisions and/or standard contractual clauses, as applicable).
Google Analytics stores cookies in your web browser for a duration of two years since your last visit. These cookies contain a randomly generated user ID, with which you can be recognized during future website visits.
The recorded data is stored together with the randomly generated user ID, which allows the evaluation of pseudonymous user profiles. This user-related data is automatically deleted after 14 months. Other data remains stored in aggregated form indefinitely.
You can withdraw your consent at any time via the cookie settings. You can also block Google Analytics using the browser add-on:
Use of LinkedIn Insight Tag

The Insight Tag may set cookies in your browser and collect data such as your IP address, device and browser information, pages visited, and timestamp. If you are a LinkedIn member and logged in, LinkedIn may combine this data with your LinkedIn account information.
Data may be transferred to countries outside the EU/EEA, including the USA. Such transfers rely on applicable safeguards under Chapter V GDPR (for example, standard contractual clauses).
